End of Summer

We've had a very busy and fun August! Boating, cousins, waterpark, school starting... Taylor stopped sucking her thumb so they had a cousin sleepover (her motivation for stopping) and I took Addi and Taylor to Adventure Island to celebrate. The boat has been very fun and relaxing for the family. We were able to help Riley and Michelle here and there as they moved in and have found a nice beach in St Pete to meet at.

Summer came to an abrupt hault as school started today! The girls both did great! Very excited and no tears... God even put a friend or two from church in each of their classes, so that is such a blessing as they start at Rowlett. Addi has a "boy teacher" which she was a little unsure of but after the first day says he is super funny and really likes him. Taylor was just proud that she ate her whole lunch and thought it was cool that her teacher blows a whistle. Gotta love it!
Lots of fun taking the boat to DeSoto beach on the Manatee River. Addi and Taylor loved jumping off the boat and Londyn loved the ladder :-)

A great way to spend a summer morning
 So thankful for family nearby!

We had a fun time this summer at the YMCA pool in Parrish. The waterslide kept the older two very busy!
1, 2, 3... cannonball! Not really but she thought she was doing it.
Isaac's bday party at the Ballast Point sprinkler park near their house

 Sleepover!
 The band
Kindergarten for Taylor and 1st grade for Addi!

Addi couldn't wait to find out what type of class pet they would have! It's a fish :-) Thankful for her excitement and that God helped her to not be anxious.
No tears for this little one... very excited! And very tired at the end of the day :-)
Busy writing in their notebooks. Getting older for sure!

The crazy cousin band
